Regulatory status

Stocks Consultancy Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. We only arrange unregulated business finance. We only help with unregulated, business-purpose lending, for example to limited companies or for business use. We can't help with regulated mortgages, consumer credit or loans secured on a home someone lives in.

Fees

We don't charge you a fee to arrange finance. We're paid a commission by the lender when a deal completes. We'll always tell you about any commission before you go ahead, and you can ask us how much it is.

Accuracy and liability

We try to keep this website accurate but cannot promise it is complete or up to date. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
