What we collect

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, approach lenders on your behalf with your agreement, keep records and meet legal and regulatory obligations.

Lawful bases

We rely on taking steps at your request before entering a contract, our legitimate interests in running our business, compliance with legal obligations, and consent where we ask for it.

Who we share it with

Lenders and funders we approach with your agreement, service providers who help us run our business (such as email and website hosting, including Cloudflare and our website form provider (Formspree)), professional advisers, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

How long we keep it

We keep data only as long as necessary. If you go ahead with finance, we keep your enquiry and related records for up to 6 years after our last contact with you. If your enquiry does not proceed, we keep it for up to 2 years.

Your rights

You have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing of your data, to data portability and to withdraw consent. Email us to exercise them. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
